At Toads Coffee Shop, customer satisfaction matters to us. Because our coffee is freshly roasted and shipped directly from our fulfillment partner, we have a limited return and refund policy designed to ensure quality while protecting product integrity.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of coffee and our fulfillment process:

We do not accept returns of coffee products, whether opened or unopened.

All sales are considered final once an order has shipped.
Refunds & Replacements
Refunds or replacements are only issued under the following circumstances:

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

Orders that have already been opened or consumed
Bitcoin Payments
Orders paid with Bitcoin are subject to the same refund policy.
If a Bitcoin refund is approved:

Refunds will be issued in USD value at the time of purchase, or

As store credit, at our discretion
Due to the irreversible nature of Bitcoin transactions, Bitcoin refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
