Refund & Return Policy

At Toads Coffee Shop, customer satisfaction matters to us. Because our coffee is freshly roasted and shipped directly from our fulfillment partner, we have a limited return and refund policy designed to ensure quality while protecting product integrity.


Returns

Due to the perishable nature of coffee and our fulfillment process:

  • We do not accept returns of coffee products, whether opened or unopened.

  • All sales are considered final once an order has shipped.


Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements are only issued under the following circumstances:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The incorrect item was sent

If any of the above occur, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Taste preferences

  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier

  • Orders that have already been opened or consumed


Bitcoin Payments

Orders paid with Bitcoin are subject to the same refund policy.

If a Bitcoin refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued in USD value at the time of purchase, or

  • As store credit, at our discretion

Due to the irreversible nature of Bitcoin transactions, Bitcoin refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
